Wisdom lifts up the head of the lowly. Do not judge by appearance: the bee is small, yet her fruit is the sweetest, and kings have sat on the ground while unknown men wore the crown. Examine before blaming and hear before answering. Prosperity and adversity, life and death, poverty and riches come from the Lord, who can make a poor man rich in a moment, while the miser who says 'I have found rest' must leave his goods to others and die. 'Judge none blessed before his death.' Do not bring every man into your house, for the proud watch for your fall.
